Open House Original discount agreements 2025-32 - Doravirin/Lamivudine/Tenofovir (combination of active ingredients)
The aim of the TK is to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs pursuant to § 130c(1) SGB V for the active substance combination doravir/lamivudine/tenofovir. The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's open-house original procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The duration of the contract is a maximum of 24 months starting on 01.12.2025. The contract ends no later than 30.11.2027, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. If the patent expires/market exclusivity expires before the above-mentioned end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of the patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this open-house original procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. Due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the active substance or the combination of active substances at issue in the proceedings, the participation and contractual documents are only made available to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs who offer/place on the market medicinal products for the active substance or combination of active substances at issue in the proceedings or who make it credible to TK that they intend to offer/place such medicinal products on the market within the term of the contract. The information provided on the binding period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
