Description

General-Dr. Speidel-Kaserne (GDSK), GDSK Neubau SanVersZ, All necessary services for the preparation of the FPU and FLB see task description, General Dr. Speidel-Kaserne (GDSK) 76466 Bruchsal, Eichelberg 1, GDSK BW Neubau Sanitätsversorgungszentrum (SanVersZ). We are looking for a planning office with experience in the preparation of functional specifications (FLB) for contracting authorities and in quality assurance during the construction phase. The intention is to commission an FPU with FLB for the areas of building construction, civil engineering, HLS+E, GA, dental planners and outdoor facilities and for quality assurance during further planning and execution by a total contractor. Basics such as space requirements, function layouts and room books are provided. The room books must be further specified for the creation of the FLB. The subject of the service is the construction of a new medical care center type 2500, as well as the creation of a binding planning specification (vPv) for medical care centers type SanVersZ 2500, SanVersZ 1500 and SanVersZ 1000. The basis for this are the room books to be created and a location-neutral FLB. The new building SanVersZ type 2500 has a NUF of about 1,055 m ² and a BGF vpn of about 2,300 m ² a surface requirement of 110.5 m ² outdoors. The building is to be organized over 2 floors.
