1. The subject of the contract is to verify the documentation of public procurement procedures co-financed from the European Union funds prepared by the units of the State Forests National Forest Holding taking part in: 1) A comprehensive project to adapt forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas – continuation (MRN3) (hereinafter referred to as the MRN3 Project), 2) A comprehensive project to adapt forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and counteracting water erosion in mountain areas – continuation (MRG3) (hereinafter referred to as the MRG3 Project), 3) A comprehensive project to adapt forests and forestry to climate change – preventing, counteracting and reducing the effects of threats related to forest fires’ (hereinafter referred to as the Fire Protection Project2), implemented under the European Funds for Climate and Environment Infrastructure (FEnIKS) 2021-2027 programme. 2.
