Poland-Bielawy: Firefighting vehicles
The subject of the contract is the supply of one factory new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle to TSO Bielawa, which was manufactured no earlier than July 2014.
The activity is co-financed by the Operational Programme “Sustainable development of the fisheries sector and coastal fishing areas 2007-2013” and from the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź.
1. A car must comply with the requirements of Polish road traffic legislation, taking into account the requirements for priority vehicles, i.e.:
1.1. of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2005, No 108, item 908 – as amended);
Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2003, No 32, item 262 – as amended);
2. The vehicle must be accompanied by an approval certificate in accordance with Article 68 of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2005, No 108, item 908 – as amended).
3. The vehicle must hold an approval certificate issued by the CNBOP and comply with the general requirements and specific requirements for firefighting vehicles pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products designed to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property and the rules governing the authorisation of these products (Journal of Laws 2007, No 143, item 1002, as amended).
3.1. And thus meet the standards:
3.1.1. PN-EN 1846-2 firefighting vehicles. Part 2 General requirements.
3.1.2. PN-EN 1846-3 firefighting vehicles. Part 3 Permanently installed equipment – Safety and construction.
3.1.3. The Contractor must attach a certificate of approval to the tender.
4. The car must be marked in accordance with Order No 8 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of 10 April 2008 on transport management in organisational units of the State Fire Service. The marking of the vehicle shall be carried out with a certified retro-reflective film in white in the form of the operational numbers provided by the Contracting Authority.
The contracting authority shall require the granting of a minimum of 24 months’ warranty period for the subject matter of the contract.
The contractor must perform the contract by 22.6.2015.

Acceptance of the subject of the contract will be carried out at the Contracting Authority’s premises.
