An architectural competition is organised for a project management task carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and L.2172-1 of the Public Procurement Code, for the restructuring (3 000 m²) and extension (2 600 m²) of the EHPAD ‘the great oak’ by 96 beds in Saint Varent (79) The estimated cost of the works is fixed at EUR 9 500 000 net. This competition is organised on the basis of a ‘sketch +’. Candidates are required to have at least the following competencies: — One or more architects, enrolled in the table of the Order of Architects for French architects, or holding a diploma recognised under Directive 85/384/EEC of 10.6.1985. — A multidisciplinary technical consultancy or technical consultancy firms specialising in VRD, structure, fluids, SSI, construction economics, OPC, Acousticien. Pursuant to the provisions of Article R. 2142-21 of the Public Procurement Code, it is forbidden for certain operators with the following powers to submit several applications for the contract, acting at the same time: — As members of several groupings; — As individual candidates and members of one or more groupings. The prohibition concerns exclusively the following competences: — Architect (s), – BE fluid, – Economist
