Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of computer and network equipment together with software, installation and commissioning for the development of a Linux computing cluster (‘the hardware’). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 5 to the SWZ, in accordance with the lot. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) order codes: 48820000-2, 32420000-3. 4. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The order creates an inseparable whole. Tailored for SMEs. 5. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act.
