Description

The subject of the order is the supply of a laboratory mini steam engine room for the Koszalin University of Technology to the extent specified in the Specifications of the Terms of Order (SPC) and the Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SPC. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the technical requirements are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide information in the price form enabling the Ordering Party to identify the offered subject of the contract: manufacturer, device type/model. In the absence of indication of data enabling the Ordering Party to identify the offered subject of the contract, the offer will be rejected on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 4.The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts. The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts due to the purchase of one piece of equipment. The subject matter of the contract is an indivisible whole.
