The project consists in creating a crossroads on the Route des Jeunes, between the motorway viaduct and the P+R de l'Étoile at the level of rue A.-Jolivet. It is managed by the cantonal civil engineering office, in collaboration with the authorities of the City of Carouge and the cantonal transport office.
