Description

This contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement with order forms for the provision of human surveillance, security and security services for persons and goods on the various sites or buildings at events organised by the Tampon Municipality. Each lot will be awarded separately. The tendering committee selects a minimum of 2 candidates and a maximum of 3 with regard to the admissibility of tenders. Order forms will be awarded in turn in accordance with the order established following the ranking of tenders. The estimated amounts in this opinion correspond to the annual maximum amounts. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of its notification, renewable tacitly 3 times, without exceeding 4 years of implementation. If the maximum threshold laid down in the contract is reached, it may be renewed in advance for a further period of one year, but may never exceed four years.
