Description

The management of the RATP Group treasury is carried out by the GFC/TF Unit. This activity includes in particular:
— debt management,
— risk management relating to changes in rates, exchange rates and commodities,
— the management of cash receipts and disbursements,
— the banking and accounting level of portfolio management activities.
All of these activities are currently mainly based on the following two software packages:
— KTP, version V5.0.9, specialised tool for risk management and financial instruments,
— Lane FRP Treasury, version V3.1.2, tool specialised in cash management.
The GFC Department is launching a project to renew its treasury SI, which covers the replacement of these 2 applications, interfaces, but also the redesign of business processes.
