1.The subject of the order is: a) preparation of two separate documentation of multi-branch design and cost estimates of thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at: - Rybitwy 7 street, cadastral plot No 213, area 059; - Rybitwy 7A street, cadastral plot No 213, area 059. b) obtaining an administrative decision for carrying out construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the contracting authority to start construction works, c) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates; d) performing author's supervision in the scope of: - establishing in the course of construction works compliance of the implementation with the project, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
