High-performance central computing system for experimental cars
The subject of the contract is the supply of a powerful hardware system designed for simulation, 3D object and image identification in the environment of autonomous driving and assistance systems. The system will enable the launch and remote management of simulations of dynamic operating scenarios, processing voxel and 2D data from virtual sensors, their export for training neural networks and analytical evaluation of the performance of perception algorithms. It will provide computing resources for realistic rendering of environments, generation of sensor streams and subsequent simulation of internal data flows in real time, which will allow to verify the robustness and performance of algorithms for 3D object detection, classification and monitoring in simulated traffic without the need for direct use of a real vehicle or sensor hardware. System components must be compatible with the ASUS ESC8000A‑E13P server frame. The detailed technical specification of the subject-matter of the public contract is set out in Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation. The conditions of performance are further specified in the Terms and Conditions (draft contract), which form Annex No. 2 to the Tender Documentation.
