Hazardous substances disposal
The contractor must be certified in accordance with the Ordinance for Waste Management Specialists (EfbV) for the areas of collection, transport, and storage, for the types of waste that are the subject of an invitation to tender. The disposal/recovery of the waste must take place in a facility approved for the respective type of waste. The attachments must be indicated. In order to bridge waste disposal bottlenecks, the contractor must maintain a sufficiently sized interim storage facility approved for the respective type of waste. Disposal/recovery is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the KrWG.
