Description

Die Gemeinde Billigheim beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in der Mühlbachstraße in Billigheim.
Der zu vergebene Auftrag umfasst die Leistung der Objektplanung nach Teil 3, Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Lph. 1-9.
Für den geplanten Standort wurde eine Machbarkeitsstudie durchgeführt und ist in die Überlegungen und zukünftigen Planungen einzubeziehen. Die Studie zeigt, dass die auf den geplanten Standort befindliche Lagerhalle nicht für das geplante Feuerwehrhaus genutzt werden kann und niedergelegt werden kann. Auf dem freiwerdenden Areal soll ein Feuerwehrhaus mit sechs Fahrzeugstellplätzen (Fahrzeugboxen), sowie weiteren Funktions-, Sozial und Aufenthaltsräumen entstehen. Das umzusetzende Raumprogramm ist entsprechend der DIN 14092 Feuerwehrhäuser zu planen.
