Description

The subject of the contract is the regular supply of goods: ATC medicinal products of group B01-Antithrombotic agents, B021-Antihemorrhagic agents , including transport to the place of performance to the hospital pharmacy of the contracting authority, in its capacity as purchaser, on the basis of the orders issued and under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement for the duration thereof. Medicinal products indicated by the tenderer in its tender must meet the requirements of the contracting authority, meet the required criteria under the legislation in force and, according to the registration decision, be supplied in their original packaging. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 16 lots, but due to the time and administrative difficulty of writing all lots in the contract notice and subsequently in the contract award notice, this is not indicated in the notice. As the subject-matter of the contract will be evaluated individually, i.e. each lot separately, the tenderer is allowed to submit a tender for one part of the subject-matter of the contract, for several parts of the subject-matter of the contract or for all parts of the subject-matter of the contract. In one lot, a tender must be submitted for all the lots concerned. The individual parts of the subject-matter of the contract, together with the estimated values of the subject-matter of the contract, are set out in Annex 1 to the procurement documents - Description and price of the subject-matter of the contract/contract.
