Description

The Licensing Authority entrusts the Concessionaire, on an exclusive basis, with the design, implementation, management and operation of the "Beziers Antique" project, at the risks and perils of the Concessionaire and in compliance with the principle of continuity of the public service. The Dealer shall in particular: - Administrative authorisations and the financing of buildings, fittings, equipment and attractions; - The scientific and technical design of the project; - The construction of buildings; - Management of the ‘living site’; - The administrative and financial management of the site, the constructions and, in general, the project as a whole - Maintenance, maintenance of the site and maintenance, maintenance and renewal of the constructions; - The construction, maintenance, maintenance and operation of the car park; - Reception of the public; - Animations for the public; - setting up and managing ticketing and collecting revenue; - the promotion and development of the site and the project in order to optimise attendance and visibility; - Reception of the school population (all levels of education, including higher education) and extracurricular education; - The safety of the site, the living site, the buildings and the users. The Licensing Authority retains control of the service. The Contract entails authorization to occupy the public domain
