Linear schedule, within 10 days after drawing up and signing the Proto-Col. 2a for the opening of the construction site and the determination of the construction line and level, in accordance with Ordinance No 3 of 31 July 2003; A18.2. Replacement table, certified by the Consultant and the Designer, if during the construction it is found that certain quantities of a given type of work are dropped at the expense of quantities of another type of work for which there is a given one-off price in the CSC. A18.3. Unforeseen expenditure table, certified by the Consultant and the Designer and approved by the Sofia DPS, which are not provided for in the Technical Project and/or in the CCC, quantified by the Contractor, with attached to it Contingency Protocol, Technical justification and other documents for the need to carry them out (if any). A18.4. Analytical prices in the event of construction and installation works, which are not provided for in the Technical Project and for which no unit prices are given in the CCC; A18.5. Updated OBD system, in case of change during the implementation of the CDS. A19. Reporting on the progress of the construction and construction works with monthly reports, ensuring that they are completed within the specified period and the value stipulated in the contract for realization.
