Description

The subject of the contract is:
1) in the scope of the basic contract: the supply of Splunk Enterprise 2000GB/day and Splunk Enterprise Security 2000GB/day or equivalent licenses for a period of 24 months with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 24 months, hereinafter referred to as the "Software".
2) under the option right, the Ordering Party reserves the right to twice deliver additional licenses (double activation of the option right), such as those provided under the basic order, enabling the collection and correlation of logs each time in the amount of 500 GB / day, in the subscription model, for a period not shorter than until the date of expiry of the subscription to the Software under the basic order, with a manufacturer's guarantee not shorter than until the date of expiry of the warranty of the Software provided under the basic order. The Ordering Party reserves that each order under the right of option will be launched for a period of 12 months of the ordered subscription to the Software.
