Description

the project involves the complete renovation of the operating theatre with Recovery of the Augustine campus. The project is divided into 3 separate assignments. In this first assignment, 10 operating theatres and adjacent patient corridors will be renovated while the operating theatre remains in use. Because techniques and technologies continue to grow and change, the necessary equipment will also continue to grow and change. The need for timeless and flexible operating theatres is pressing. The majority of the new operating theatres will be organised on the outer shell in order to equip the operating theatre with a patient corridor and two logistical corridors (outside this assignment). The new operating theatres will be set up as flexible entities, regardless of a specific treatment or intervention. Screens are built in and flexible ceilings are a must. Appliances with movable arms can be mounted to this, in order to save space. (The purchase and installation of these devices is not part of this contract). Some spare points in the ceiling should also be provided for additional future devices/robots. The technical floor, which is situated above the Operating Quarter, is also fully equipped with new air groups and technical installations for the new Operating Rooms. After the renovation of order I, this technical deepening will be further expanded in order 2 (not part of this order) and in order 3 (not part of this order) the bedding and the Recovery service will also be renovated. Current assignment is divided into 8 phases (see image). See also I.9 Implementation deadline and Annex D Plan phasing. Assignment 1 is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 "Demolition and finishing" incl. pilot contract • Estimate € 3.413.500 Lot 2 "Technical installations" (additional contract) Estimate € 7.700.500 • HVAC estimate € 4.941.000 • Electricity estimate €1.974.000 • Sanitary and firefighting estimate € 302.000 • Medical gases estimate € 483.500 The contracting authority has the right to award only a few lots and possibly decide to include the other lots in one or more new contracts that will be placed in a different way if necessary. The candidate may apply to participate in one, several or all lots. Indicative planning • Selection of candidates December 2024 - January 2025 • Publication of specifications February 2025 • Submission of tenders March/April 2025 • Review of tenders / negotiations / BAFO April/May 2025 • Award foreseen May at the latest June 2025 • Planned start of works August 2025 Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
