Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Lipnica Wielka w 2025 roku oraz do odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów z dwóch Punktów Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Lipnica Wielka: a. Lipnica Wielka 1B, b. Kiczory 3A. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się również dostarczyć pojemniki na odpady niesegregowane na nieruchomości zamieszkałe zgodnie z Regulaminem Utrzymania Czystości i Porządku w Gminie Lipnica Wielka i utrzymywał je w odpowiednim stanie technicznym i sanitarnym. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SIWZ.
