The subject-matter of the public contract is the supply of a new heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle intended for the Voluntary Fire Service in Zielonka Pasłęcka with minimum technical parameters contained in the Technical Delivery Specification – minimum requirements, constituting Appendix No 1 to the FTZ, the conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft Agreement of Annex No 1 to the FTZ listed in § XXIII - Summary of Annexes and Appendices to the FTZ.
