Description

On the basis of the relevant provisions of Act CLXXXV of 2012 on waste and its implementing decrees, the collection, treatment and transport of waste in the administrative area of District XV of Budapest, in public areas maintained by PALOTA-HOLDING Zrt. and in residential and non-residential properties by providing a partial bid as follows: Part 1: ‘Transportation of biodegradable and construction waste’ means the collection and removal of biodegradable green waste and construction waste in public spaces managed by PALOTA-HOLDING Zrt. and in residential and non-residential properties within the administrative boundaries of the 15th district of Budapest in the form of a framework contract for a net amount of HUF 125 000 000. Part 2: ‘Transportation of illegally deposited waste’ means the on-site collection and sorting of illegally deposited or abandoned non-hazardous waste for disposal and/or treatment within the administrative boundaries of the 15th district of Budapest, in public spaces managed by PALOTA-HOLDING Zrt. and in residential and non-residential properties, where appropriate, the sorting, loading, manually and/or mechanically cutting/compressing to transportable size, transporting, treating and performing additional tasks by documenting the transported waste in accordance with the provisions of Act CLXXV of 2012 on waste, in the form of a framework contract for undertakings, up to a net amount of HUF 85 000 000.
