This call for tenders is called ‘Framework agreements for maintenance’ and it includes non-exclusive framework agreements in five subject-specific areas (sub-contracts). For the first three subjects below, the framework contract also contains a call-out obligation. The five subject areas in which framework contracts (sub-contracts) are to be established are: 1. Carpenter/ joiner (incl. callout) 2. Electrician (incl. call) 3. Data (including calls) 4. Plumbing (including evacuation) 5. Typical tasks under the individual framework agreements are set out in the contract annexes. Within each subject area, three parallel framework agreements are expected to be concluded, ranking the parallel framework agreements according to their score at the time of the evaluation. The award under the framework agreements of specific tasks with an estimated value of less than DKK 100,000 takes place as a direct award according to a cascade model, where the highest-ranking framework agreement holder is first contacted and requested to respond within a specified deadline. If this does not happen or the FWC holder in question has to decline the task for capacity reasons, it will pass to the next highest-ranking FWC holder and so on. In the case of major assignments, competition between the framework contract holders in the subject in question shall be reopened.
