The subject of the contract is: SALES INCLUDING SUPPLY OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the price form of Annex 2 and Annex 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders covering individual tasks, the maximum number of lots for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor being 2 lots. Tasks I DPS and I WTZ form one part. Tasks II DPS and II WTZ form one part. 3.2 The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee of health quality and durability of the delivered food until the date of minimum durability or shelf-life specified on legible labels. 3.3 The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract of good quality, fresh, in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, as well as sanitary requirements. 3.4. The goods which are the subject of the contract will come from places under constant sanitary supervision. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the applicable hygienic, sanitary, production, storage and delivery conditions, for which he bears full responsibility. 3.5. The Contractor declares (if he is a manufacturer) that the production in the plant is carried out in accordance with the HACCP food safety system and the instructions of Good Hygiene and Production Practice (Act on Health Conditions of Food and Nutrition).
