Description

The delivery will be carried out according to the attached specification for the CB and for each TA, at the expense of the TA concerned, for a period of 2 years. Total estimated quantities of delivery: heating fuel/газьол/-6 000 litres, automotive gasoline A95H – 895 900 litres; automotive gasoline A98N – 51 850 litres; diesel fuel – 805 000 litres; propane-butane gas – 810 660 litres; methane – 2 500 kg, lubricants and auto-consumables up to 5 % of the contract value. The number of contracts is determined according to the franc for each locality or seller in accordance with the applications of the Central Office and each TA. The quantities are framework, with a delivery deadline of 31.7.2019. The contracting authority and its TA do not undertake to use them in full and the supplier accepts that there will be no claims in the event that the volume of the contract is not fully executed. The quality of fuels must meet the requirements of the Regulation on the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, procedure and manner of their control,
