Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa jednorazowych rękawic diagnostycznych nitrylowych i foliowych. Zamówienie podzielone zostało na 4 części (zadania):
— zadanie nr 1: sukcesywne dostawy jednorazowych rękawic diagnostycznych nitrylowych, bezpudrowych w ilości 18 000 opakowań oraz uchwytów na rękawice w ilości 100 szt.,
— zadanie nr 2: sukcesywne dostawy rękawic foliowych w ilości 1 200 opakowań,
— zadanie nr 3: sukcesywne dostawy jednorazowych rękawic diagnostycznych nitrylowych, bezpudrowych do procedur o podwyższonym ryzyku, w ilości 120 opakowań,
— zadanie nr 4: sukcesywne dostawy jednorazowych rękawic diagnostycznych nitrylowych, bezpudrowych odpornych na przenikanie cytostatyków, w ilości 600 opakowań.
