Description

The subject of the order is the purchase of a school bus for the needs of students of the Jaktorów commune. 2.The school bus which is the subject of this contract must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251) and all the conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502). 3.The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract include the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – Annex 3 to the SWZ and the draft contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 4.Where the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates the name of the manufacturer, proper names, trade marks, patents or origin, such indication shall in any case be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. The Contractor may use materials and equipment which are equivalent in terms of technical, quality, functional and operational characteristics.
