Předmětem a účelem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění odborných rolí pro podporu produktů Microsoft. Specifikace jednotlivých odborných rolí bude uvedena v příloze č. 5 zadávací dokumentace. Od poptávaných specialistů se očekává realizace činností v následujících oblastech: - podpora při návrhu architektury řešení a systémů; - podpora při instalaci a konfiguraci systémů; - podpora při nasazení do provozu; - podpora při řešení incidentů; - poradenská a konzultační činnost; - dokumentace postupů a konfigurací.
