Description

The actual performance of the public contract shall be determined on the basis of the places actually occupied in the educational establishment and the financial security for the performance of the contract. The amount of ready meals is according to the number of students/children who will be eating for the day. The exact number will be communicated every day until 8 a.m. and the estimated number of pupils/children will be communicated the previous day until 3 p.m. The contracting authority has the right to ask the contractor to increase or decrease the quantities of food supplied, according to the number of children and pupils to be fed. The food supplied must be prepared with quality products of proven origin, meet the statutory quality and safety requirements for use by end users, comply with sanitary, animal health, hygiene and other norms established by the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable normative acts of the bodies of the European Union, and/or issued by specialized state control bodies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
