1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the "Kraszewo" water reservoir on the Raciążnica river. The main goal of the investment is to create conditions for the creation of a small retention reservoir, which according to the "Wkra catchment water and economic balance" developed for the Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw in 1993, unequivocally qualifies a significant part of the Raciążnica river catchment as an area at risk of periodic water deficits, especially in the area above the Karsówka estuary, i.e. in the area where the reservoir was located. The investment will include the construction of a flowing water reservoir "Kraszewo" on the Raciążnica river with water facilities necessary for its operation and operation. Flat-rate settlement. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, when performing the subject of the Contract, employ on an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code, persons performing the following activities: a) preparatory works, earthworks, installation works, b) other general construction works, c) dumpers operators and truck drivers, d) crawler excavators operators, e) crawler bulldozer operators, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Dz.
