Description

The acquisition of site management services for the construction of the new HELENA 2 and ELF, the consolidation and refurbishment of the tower for the HandsOn installation and the refurbishment of the 110/6kv substation is part of the project "Research activities and experimental infrastructure for the demonstration of lead-cooled fast reactor technology – 4ALFRED". The procurement of site management services is intended to ensure, throughout the duration of the works contracts, permanent monitoring of the implementation of the investment, verification of compliance with the approved project, technical regulations and contractual provisions, as well as control of the quality of the execution of the works, of the technical documentation and of the acceptance processes.The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days.
