Description

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to appoint a general planner, in the person of an architect / group of architects, as well as its team of specialists composed of: * a civil engineer, * an electrical installation engineer, * a sanitary installation engineer, * a heating-ventilation-CR installation engineer, * a technical coordinator, * a building physicist, * a fire safety specialist. Tenderers are asked to develop a project on the basis of the programme drawn up by the Client for restoration, energy and technical sanitation and interior fittings (and brought up to standard: universal accessibility, compliance according to BPA and SIA 358, security in terms of fire protection, etc.) of the Centre de vie enfantine des Bergières and to lead the implementation of the project. This group will be able to add the necessary skills of other engineers retrospectively. The technical approach of the project must take into account the heritage and architectural value of the object. A score of *1* has been awarded by the Directorate for Archaeology and Heritage (DGIP), Monuments and Sites Division of the Canton of Vaud. An instance of classification as a historical monument is under way. The general planner is expected to have a strong sensitivity and special attention during interventions on this object. The general planner will also have to demonstrate expertise in cultural objects. The technical approach must also take account of the fact that the Bergières school site will remain in operation throughout the duration of the construction site, and particular attention must be paid to the organisation of the site.
