Description

În cadrul acordului contractual se vor executa servicii de mentenanță de proces (servicii de mentenanță preventivă și servicii de mentenanță corectivă), asupra proceselor prezentate in
Anexa 1. LOT 1. Procese aferente sistemelor de alimentare cu apă
Anexa 2. LOT 2. Procese aferente sistemelor de canalizare.
Durata acordului cadru este de 24 de luni de la data de începere.
Nr. zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor:
Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este: 15 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Entitatea Contractanta rsapunde solicitarilor de clarificare in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor,
EC va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit, respectiv 15 zile inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
Valoarea estimată a acordului cadru, 11.235.500 lei, fără TVA, din care :
pentru Lotul 1 - 5.346.500,00 lei fara TVA
pentru Lotul 2 - 5.889.000,00lei fara TVA
Entitatea contractanta nu va accepta oferte avand valori mai mari decat valoarea estimata.
