Description

The contracting authority seeks to procure an innovative and appropriately experienced Main Contractor for the provision of construction services and operations for the refurbishment, reconfiguration and redevelopment of an existing hospital building to provide 4 No new wards and 6 No new court yards and associated building services installations such as, but not limited to the provision of 4 No new lifts and Group 2 and 3 equipment, complete with new external wall cladding, replacement of the existing roofs and associated external works to create a new ECT drop off and MUGA. The provision of construction services and operations is to include all necessary sub contracting and integration and management of the supply chain and the undertaking of the requisite surveys and investigations.
