Czechia-Prague: Medical equipments
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 piece of a new endoscopic turret. The detailed technical specification is set out in Annex 1 – Technical specification. The apparatus must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting entity in the technical specification. The participant shall add to the technical specification the value of the required parameter for the offered system. Within the technical parameters listed in Annex 1 to the tender specifications, for parameters not defined by a maximum, minimum or range, a deviation of +- 10% from the required fixed value is allowed.
The delivery also includes:
- transport,
- assembly,
- installation,
- entry into operation,
- instruction pursuant to Section 41 of Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Medical Devices Act”);
- warranty service of at least 24 months,
- handover of documents related to the delivered goods (delivery note or handover report, operating instructions in Czech language /sheet version or CD or USB version/, CE certificate or declaration of conformity according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, as amended, instruction report according to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, as amended.
The contracting authority requires the delivery of a new device, does not allow the possibility of supplying a refurbished device.
