The subject of the contract is the provision of regular and irregular ground expert: a) national transport and collection of laboratory samples (chemical and biological) which are the centre of gravity of transport, including medical professional transport of medicinal products, blood and its components or transport of other biological material and transport of infectious substances, i.e. dangerous substances of Class 6.2 (infectious substances) and Class 9 (other dangerous substances and objects) under the ADR Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as "transport and collection of laboratory samples"), transport of instrumentation and other, diverse, unspecified items (hereinafter referred to as "transport of instrumentation") and transport of internal consignments by a supplier - carrier, possessing suitable, specially equipped vehicles b) national transport of laboratory animals (in particular mice), in accordance with Act No 111/1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended, and related regulations, and the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (hereinafter referred to as "the ADR Agreement"), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; ‘the EU General Regulation’), the Personal Data Processing Act, the applicable instructions of the contracting authority for the transport and collection of laboratory samples and laboratory animals, and the requirements of the contracting authority’s accredited workplaces pursuant to ČSN EN ISO 15189:2013 and ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, as amended.
