This consultation concerns the implementation of grazing operations in natural and green areas of rainwater landscaped basins managed by the joint union for the sanitation and water management of the watershed of Yerres-Seine (SyAGE). It is broken down into two lots described below. Lot 2 is a reserved contract and is awarded on the basis of Articles L2113-12 and R2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code: it is reserved for the Establishments and Services of Assistance through Work (ESAT) mentioned in Article L.344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families or adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L.5213-13 of the Labour Code. the present contract being reserved for ESAT or adapted enterprises, the grouping of enterprises and subcontracting are prohibited with an ordinary enterprise.
