Description

The subject of the procurement is the service of drafting the entire detailed design and technical documentation required for the realization of the permanent exhibition and interior design of the Archaeological Museum of Istria in Pula. In doing so, the subject-matter of the procurement comprises two (2) phases, as follows: PHASE 1 – Design as part of the development of the detailed Executed Project and the accompanying cost statements and an estimate of the execution costs for the procurement of works, supplies and services for the realisation of the permanent set-up of PHASE 2 – Supervision of the execution of works, supplies and services for the realisation of the permanent set-up of the Technical Specifications, the type, quality and scope of the service forming the subject-matter of this procurement procedure are contained in the Project Task, which constitutes Annex 3 to this Procurement Document and forms an integral part thereof. For a better understanding of the subject matter of the procurement and the state of play, Annex 1. The procurement documents are a snapshot of the constructed state of the permanent exhibition space, and Annex 2 is the Conceptual Design of the new permanent exhibition. As part of the tender for the subject-matter of the procurement, all activities and tasks constituting the service in question must be covered, as described in the Project Task forming Annex 3 to this Tender Documentation, taking into account the content of Annex 1 and Annex 2.
