Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Solicitările de clarificări vor fi transmise în SEAP. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
