The services to be procured shall consist of:
(1) SPECIF development services:
1.1. the implementation of the new functionality or the modification of the already implemented functionality to new operational needs;
(1.2) Introduction of new versions of SSASI technology manufacturers;
(2) SBSTA support services:
2.1. Addressing errors and critical errors in the functioning of the SPECIF;
(.2.2) Introduction of corrections and updates provided by the SAP AG manufacturer for functional errors, operational optimisation, security vulnerabilities;
2.3) Preparation and submission to the manufacturer of descriptions of malfunctions of SPECIS technological components;
2.4) Addressing the operational problems of the technical infrastructure, providing assistance to restore the operational capacity of the SPECI in operation; 2.5. Advice to the contracting authority’s users, preparation and updating of technical documentation, user manuals and other documents.
