Description

The subject of the contract is the Contract for the provision of technical support for RIS SED Monarch to ensure the continuous operation of RIS SED Monarch (HDC, ZDC, DTS) for the period from 09.8.2025 to 31.12.2026. Due to the requirements to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the RIS SED Monarch, and also following the planned upgrade, it is necessary to provide extended technical support for the Monarch platform for HDC, ZDC, DTS for the period from 09.8.2025 to 31.12.2026. The Management Information System of the Slovak Energy Dispatching System (SEPS) Monarch (RIS SED Monarch) represents a unique specific system of HW and SW equipment ensuring the control of the transmission of electricity from electricity production facilities to the distribution network, the international transmission of electricity and the reliability of the entire electricity system of the Slovak Republic, as well as the security of electricity supply, its operation and maintenance requires high expertise, reliability, accuracy, high quality of work and state-of-the-art information technology. The core of RIS SED Monarch is the SCADA/AGC/EMS system, which serves as a surveillance and control system for the electricity system technology of the Slovak Republic and as a surveillance system for the model of the nearby foreign network of the transmission system in the Slovak neighbourhood. The subject of the Technical Support Agreement is the Provider's commitment to provide the Customer with technical support related to the use of RIS SED Monarch, namely: - Development and support (smaller adjustments according to the needs and requirements of end users) - Prophylactic control - Security updates SW - Customer support (Hotline, Fault Recording Book, service and fault protocols, evaluation and record of service activity 1x a month) - Golden support of Open Systems International, Inc. and Maintenance fee - Support for RIS SED Monarch - specific modules - Support for 3rd party and Cyber Security SW - Provision of technical support for additional devices - Operational provision of repairs (service on request).
