Description

The scope of the contract includes: 1) execution and transmission to the Ordering Party of design and cost estimation documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a given building in the scope detailed in the guidelines for the preparation of design and cost estimation documentation, 2) obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party for a given building a decision of the Faculty of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław Office (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) building permit together with confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and providing the Ordering Party with a certificate that there are no grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 5aa of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994, 3) performing copyright supervision during the execution of construction works covered by the developed documentation.
