Description

The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement through which study places are acquired for the Executive MBA (EMBA) coaching programme focusing on general management, which supports the wide-ranging, high-level and practical development of the management capacity of the city's management in accordance with the city's strategic priorities and objectives. One (1) supplier will be selected as the implementer. The urban strategy is attached to the invitation to tender. Through the framework agreement, the client acquires individual study places for a small group for the supplier's existing coaching programme. The estimated number of students starting each year is 1-10 people. The aim of the EMBA coaching is to strengthen • the realisation of the objectives of the urban strategy and key priorities • the participant's holistic, strategy-driven business/service management, economic and human management and the utilisation of new technologies, taking into account • the promotion of strategic, critical and innovative thinking in an ever-changing, complex, internationalizing and networking operating environment • the renewal of the management and operating culture • the participant's leadership and growth as a leader The scope of the coaching programme is defined in credits, at least 80 ECTS. The planned duration of the training is approximately two years. There will be a maximum of four participation groups (4), the first group is expected to start their studies in 2026-2027 at the turn of the year and finish them at the turn of the year 2028-2029. The following groups are scheduled to start once a year, as agreed. The procurement will be covered by a framework agreement with a single supplier. The maximum value of the acquisition, exclusive of VAT, is EUR 1 600 000. The procurement is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The procuring entity does not commit to any procurement volumes specified in the invitation to tender.
