The subject-matter of the performance of the public contract is the educational services provided on the basis of the Framework Contract concluded in accordance with Section 124 of the Act with three tenderers for the performance of this public contract specified in Annex 1 to this tender documentation entitled ‘Specification of the subject-matter of the public contract’. The exact parameters of the training courses are not known at the moment and will be continuously specified on the basis of the requirements of the contracting authority's member entities (natural persons, self-employed persons and legal entities).
