Description

Contract - cadru pentru 3 ani (2024 - 2027), de furnizare licențe pentru produsele software Microsoft a parcului informatic RAJA SA. Produsele software Microsoft vor fi furnizate într-un contract de tip Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription (EAS), in baza căruia se vor încheia contracte subsecvente. Contractele subsecvente au ca obiect punerea în drept total de utilizare a licențelor solicitate prin Caiet de Sarcini, cu valabilitate de 12 luni. Obiectivul prezentei proceduri îl constituie asigurarea legalității utilizării produselor și tehnologiilor Microsoft în vederea îndeplinirii fără întreruperi a atribuțiilor RAJA S.A., prevăzute de legislația în vigoare, ținând cont de faptul ca în prezent, infrastructura IT a RAJA S.A. are implementat soluțiile pe produse și tehnologii Microsoft (sisteme de operare de tip desktop și server, SQL server, Hyper-V, Exchange server si online, Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Project, Visio, Visual Studio, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender endpoint, Planner, Power Apps, Power Automate, To Do, Azure Active Directory, Data Loss Prevention). Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari: in a 19 a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Intrebarile se vor posta in SEAP la sectiunea intrebari. Termenul limita pana la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu respectarea termenului limita stabilit in invitatia de participare: in a 11 a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde doar solicitarilor de clarificari adresate de operatorul economic pana la termenul limita stabilit.
