Description

Die Stadtwerke Achim AG plant einen Büro-Neubau mit drei Geschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss. Das Gebäude schließt an einen Bestandsobjekt auf allen oberirdischen Geschossen ebenengleich an. Es sind zwei Treppenhäuser über drei bzw. vier Geschosse mit Treppengeländer bzw. Handlauf auszustatten. Auf dem Flachdach wird ein Gestell für die Lüftungsanlage und die Einhausung errichtet. Die Stahlbetonattika wird mit einem umlaufenden Geländer eingefasst. Vor dem Aufenthaltsraum im 2.OG der Aufstockung ist eine Überdachung mit Glasfeldern zu erstellen. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild orientiert sich hinsichtlich der Treppengeländer und Dachgeländer am Bestand.
