The subject of this procurement procedure are waste management activities by groups, which include collection, transport, recovery, disposal and all other activities related to waste, and supervision of the performance of these activities in accordance with the Waste Management Act (OG 84/21) and under legal regulations, the Ordinance on the Waste Catalogue (OG 90/15), all in accordance with the conditions set out in these tender documents and the cost statement. The types of waste that constitute the subject matter of the procurement were generated by the Contracting Authority in the performance of waste management activities through the performance of municipal activities. The service includes: collection, transport and treatment of waste, as well as all other manipulative actions. The tenderer is obliged to certify and submit to the contracting authority the accompanying sheet. The accompanying sheets must correspond to the quantities weighed. Liability of the waste holder – the Client ceases when the waste is taken over by the Bidder. The selected bidder is obliged to take over the waste in full regardless of the share and treat it in accordance with all positive regulations. The subject of the procurement is further described in the cost statement (Form 1), which is an integral part of the tender documentation). The subject of the procurement should be offered according to the technical specification from the Bill of Quantities attached to this documentation. If a bidder fails to offer an item in the Bill of Quantities, his bid will be rejected.
