Zie Document "Aankondiging Vrijwillige Transparantie L-EU-25-06" De aanbestedende dienst kan de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging toepassen aangezien mededinging om onderstaande technische redenen ontbreekt en de betreffende levering en dienst alleen door deze specifieke leverancier kan worden geleverd: 1. Bone marrow processing (BMP) 2. White blood cell depletion (WBCD 3. Granulocyte collection En dit naast de volgende procedures: 4. Therapeutic Plasma Exchange 5. TPE with SPD (secundair plasma device) 6. Red Blood Cell Exchange 7. Mononuclear Cell Collection Volledigheidshalve wil het LUMC u middels deze aankondiging op de hoogte brengen en in de gelegenheid stellen om hier een gemotiveerd bezwaar tegen aan te tekenen. Indien u bezwaar heeft tegen de voorgenomen Opdracht bij Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies wordt u verzocht zich uiterlijk 21-03-2025, vóór 17:00 uur via de email aanbestedingen@lumc.nl te melden bij Jimmy Been, inkoper. Als dit tijdens de bovengenoem Intentie tot 3 tot 5 Apparaten in de komende jaren
