Description

Der Flughafen Hamburg plant den Neubau des Luftfrachtzentrums auf dem Gelände des heutigen P8. Das Gesamtvorhaben Luftfrachtzentrum besteht aus Hallenkomplex, Büroriegel, Erschließung und Unterführung in zeitlich paralleler Ausführung. Das Bauvorhaben befindet sich außerhalb des Sicherheitsbereiches. Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die Baufeldfreimachung im Bereich des derzeitigen Parkplatz P8 mit ca. 59 000 m² als vorgezogene Maßnahme zur Herstellung des Luftfrachtzentrums. Die Leistungen umfassen Maßnahmen zur Rodung/Fällung, zur begleitenden Kampfmittelsondierung und zur Herstellung von umlaufenden Geländeabfangungen. Ferner Arbeiten zum Erdbau, Verkehrswege- und Kanalbau sowie Leistungen zur Wasserhaltung und -behandlung.
Die Hauptmassen sind:
— 59 000 m² Baufeldfreimachung,
— 25 000 m² Rückbau von Asphaltflächen,
— 240 000 m³ Bodenabtrag und Entsorgung,
— 1 Stck. Wasseraufbereitungsanlage (Gesamtleistung 30 m³/h),
— 350 m Entwässerungsleitungen DN 700 bis DN 800,
— 1 000 m Drainageleitungen,
— 1 000 m Geländeabfangung zwischen 1,0 m bis 4,0 m.
