Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych (rok produkcji 2010/2011) rur okładzinowych i wydobywczych dla otworu wiertniczego Kutno-2. Rury muszą być wykonane i oznakowane zgodnie z normą PN - EN ISO 11960 (API SPEC 5 CT) o zakresie długości R3 dla rur okładzinowych oraz R2 dla rur wydobywczych.
